stereo removal 850 1997

Hello,

I know it is a very simple procedure, but nevertheless: How do I remove the OEM stereo from the dashboard in 850? This link http://www.carstereohelp.com/stereoremovalVolvoS70.htm suggets that I push the side panels in and then pull the removal tabs (they even have the pictures). I understand the second part (I can even see the tabs), but what exactly does get pushed in?
