Pressure Bleeding Brakes 850 1996

Does anyone know what the "safe" pressure would be for pressure bleeding the brakes on my 96' 850 GLT. I bought the Motive Power Brake Bleeder and just want to make sure i don't blow any seals. Thanks in advance!
