AC PAG oil 850

Repalced my evaporator this weekend. Not really a difficult job just time consuming. I need to replace PAG oil. Manual says use volvo oil (rip off) and to replace 90cc for Reciever Dryer and 40 cc for evaporator. Question which PAG oil should I use (54,100,150) and do I just put the oil in the component or remove the sharder valve and put it in that way?
