Good Morning All,

The headlight wiper on the passenger side of my '99 S70 stops in a 10:30 position as you look at it. First, any ideas on what may be causing that and suggestions on how to fix it. It does work when activated but seems to be "off line" because it goes to far as it wipes then stops at 10:30. And big question, how do I get to it?
