trac and ABS light 850

the traction control and abs light come on and off. Some times on start up some times driving down the road. Moving the ig key does not cause the lights to go on or off. The key turns hard sometimes. I can not get the search function of the board to work, Can you send me to the site? The car is a 1995 850 t wagon auto tranny. Thanks
