my college buddy tried to jump his 94 850. he had the cables in reverse order! the battery was dead anyway, so he got a new one and now it turns over but won't start. also the radio and dash lights do not work. all fuses appear to be good. is this a relay issue or a fusible link? thanks for any help from anyone
