Replacing spark plugs on 2001 T5 -(removing turbo intake) V70-XC70

All,
I need to change the spark plugs on my 2001 T5 Wagon. The Turbo Air instake that runs across the top of the engine seems like it is in the way.

How do you remove it? Is it just loosening the clips on either end?

Any suggestions appreciated.
