Small leak from turbo return line seals. 2000 S80 T6 S80 2000

Went to the volvo dealership and was told that I have a Small leak from turbo return line seals. I have a Volvo 2000 S80 t6. I am pretty handy and can do minor repairs like breaks and oil change. What is the best way to tackle this. Dealer quoted 167. Is it worth trying to fix myself. Where are the turbo return line seals. Thanks in advance.
