Antenna down switch C70 2001

I am close to purchasing a 2001 C70 convertible with the SC-901 factory stereo and 3 cd disc changer. I would like to install an antenna down switch. I know the grey switch that was sold for use in the earlier V70 and S70 models will match all of the other instrument switches on the C70.
Has anyone with a C70 installed one of these switches? I am assuming that it simply plugs into the back of the factory stereo but would like to know for sure before I move forward and purchase this switch.
