ABS light and Main Head lights 850

Okay, it has been some time since I posted, because I was gone for awhile. Now I'm back. My problem is every now and then, I start my 95, 850 T5R and the ABS lights stays on. Not only that, when this happens, the headlights and fog lights no longer come on. I checked the schematic that came with the haynes manual to no avail. They show no connection between the ABS system and the head lights. I removed all fuses and checked them and replaced them and still not lights. It is only when I turn the engine off (sometimes several times) and restart it, does the ABS light go out.
