Bent outer AND inner tie rod ends 850

Please help me understand how has this happened. The right hand side tie rod arrangement on my wagon has torsioned (part on the threads on the inner part and along the curve on the outer one). As i don't remember forcing it too much or hitting a pot hole i'm very puzzled with this. Any feedback would be welcome. Thanks.
