S80 door panel and window question S80

Greetings All, since I'm retired and my son thinks I have nothing to do, I have to fix his 99 S80. It seems his passenger window ran amuck. You hear the motor working but no window action. I guess the first question is how do I remove the door panel? Are the plastic rivet things reuseable and is this a common problem with the windows. TIA from an old timer.
