850 tranny won't upshift when cold 850

I have a 94 850 with automatic transmission. As the weather has turned colder I have noticed that when I first start the car in the morning the transmission will not upshift out of first gear until it warms up (about 2 minutes). I have recently had the transmission fluid drained and refilled with Dextron III ATF. Once it is warmed up the tranny functions flawlessly for the rest of the day. Anybody have any ideas or suggestions?
