ETM's (Electronic Throttle Modules) to be REPLACED and Prior Replacements Paid for by Volvo too...FINALLY!!

Just read this over on the Swedespeed.
Volvo has an internal memo out that the ETM issue will be taken care of by them by extending even expired warranties for 10 years or 200K miles (whichever is first) But, this will not be official until sometime in December, so don't call your Volvo dealer just yet. There will be a recall process with receipts, etc. to be submitted if you've paid for this service already. All '99-'01 with a few '02's will be taken care of. Specifics are here:
