windows will not role down S70 2000

I have a 00 S70 and the only window that will roll down is the drivers window. I replaced the master window switch about 2 years ago, that time none of the windows would roll down and it kept blowing that fuse. Do you guys think it is the master switch again and why would I need to replace it again.
