flushed tranny, now it slips.

Hey Everyone,
I flushed my transmission using the method from bay 13 as I have always done in the past. The fluid is new and the level is correct. The car starts off really slow when its cold and after a hard brake it doesn't go right into gear when pressing the gas, it slips a little then engages the gear. Any suggestions would be appreciated, I really don't want to do this tranny.
