Many Many problems! Connected? Am I screwed? You be the judge. 94 850 turbo 850 1994

OK I have so many things going on with this wagon I dont know where to start. Let me do a list because its easier.
1. Turbo not performing well. Pulsing and only getting into the gauge minimally.
2. White smoke coming out of the tail pipe, intermittently. cold, warm, hot, sitting driving you name it but not continous
3. Oil noticed near baack of oil cap and running back to the rear mainfold.
4. Oil leak noticed on the ground near front of the car drivers side.
5. Sounds like a clicking sound and vibration somewhere near the 3rd fuel injector going right to left.
6. Intermittent lack of power when stepping on the gas. Sluggish feeling.
HERE are my A2 codes!!!!!!!!!!
121 MAF signal missing or faulty
314 Camshaft Position signal missing or faulty
325 Memory failure
414 Boost pressure regulation too high
435 Oxygen sensor
443 Three Way Cat (TWC) efficiency low
545 Misfire at least one cylinder TWC damage
553 Misfire Cylinder 3 TWC damage.

Sooo. I got some major problems. I semi understand what the codes mean but not really. Can someone break it down for me and offer some solutions. WHat causes a misfire and whats up with the CAT? Is this engine shot? Can it be fixed? If so how and what to do? Dealer only? DIY? Or, is it time to shop for a new car.
Please help if you can....
