Morning Guys and Gals:

CEL came on last night coming home from my sons house. Got the scanner out this a.m. and pulled off the code that read: "system too rich (bank 1)". Can anybody tell me what causes this. I came back from Alabama last Monday and I did notice that my mileage had fallen off from 30 to about 26. Now that the light came on last night it makes sense about the mileage drop off. Runs smooth but I can definitely smell that raw gas smell out the exhaust.

Any help with the cause would certainly be appreciated.

before: 82-260GLE(total crap), 84-240GL, 85-740GLE, 91-740, 92-940GL. All with TONS of miles on them. The 92-940 was the BEST one of them all!! Should have never sold it to my brother.
