443 and 413 Codes from OBD 850 1995

Hey, my wife and I just bought a 1995 850 turbo wagon. It's black and matches my 1988 740 turbo wagon beautifully. Anyway, the check engine light is on. I pulled the codes and got 443 and 413. These codes report as follows:
443-- Three way cat. converter efficiency low
413-- EGR Temp sensor signal missing or faulty


I haven't picked up a Haynes or anything yet, but I was wondering if anyone has any input or thoughts on this. Brickboarders have helped keep everyone of my other volvos on the road and make driving more pleasant. Thanks for all the help in advance.
