My wagon is possessed - wont start and goes haywire 850

All,
I see all the posts on car not starting, but have not seen the following:

sometimes, only when it's raining/humid, the car will not start - you turn the key, no reaction, but the hazards go on (both blinkers).

I'd try starting several times, sometimes it will, sometimes it would freak out and do the hazards ordeal again..

any ideas??
