Volvo, S70 GLT 2.4 liter S70 1998

I've been chasing a problem for over two years and I am posting here to see if anyone has any ideas. The car use to ride nice and smooth, but now the ride is terrible. I really hate to drive the car. The ride feels like the wheels always need to be balanced. Imperfections in the road comes through has pronounced wheels bouncing and clunks. When I brought the car in 2000 it had Michelin tires. Well, I replaced one tire, then another tire, and then finally all four tires with Goodyear Eagle GT HR P195/60R15 87H on 6/4/2004. A synopsis of things I've tried is shown below. Of course I have made numerous trips to the dealer to complain about the problem. But, they have been unable to identify a problem except for the bent right rear control arm, which they say would not cause the type of problem I described. There is no uneven ware on the tires. I even took it to a independent Volvo repair shop and he could not identify any problems.
