New Starters for 2001 XC V70-XC70

Happy Friday!
May I have a show of hands for how many 2001 XC owners have had to replace their starters?
And if you can - would you tell me the mileage/age at which you had to replace the starter.
I think our's is going bad but it seems odd since most Volvo starters never need replacing. The fenders fall off before the starter has to be replaced but this is a "new" design.
