CV joint - clamp question 850 1996

So i was changing the front brake pads of my 850 and i noticed a couple of things:
1 - my passenger side tires have shown more wear than driver side tires, i don't care too much about this since car drives well and i normally drive alone 90% of time .. so what gives

2 - both my front brake lines were showing some metal at one place - i figured i'l l monitor the break fluid and see if it starts going down. These things normally develop a leak before a gusher right?

3- my driver side CV joint (at tripod - back end) was showing some signs of splashing 'some' grease around the area. i inspected the CV boot but it looked ok .. so i figure the clamp is not tight enough but it looks secure .. how to check/replace, etc.

thanks in advance
