I've been eying a few of these wagons, some with 80k miles. Question is, what work typically is needed on these cars at this mileage if it has not already been done, i.e., timing belts, front end work, shocks, etc. I'm just trying to get a feel for maintenance costs after purchase.

Also, any pre-purchase buying tips are appreciated such as particular caveats, known problems, how and where to find or see them.

By the way, the guys ( forum users ) at Roadfly.com have had some good things to say about you guys over the years.
