Radiator Leak S70 1998

I'm loosing coolant fluid in my '98 S70 T5a (I fill to Max in the reservoir and the low level light will come on in about 3-4 weeks - I'll fill up again and start all over). Should I just have this investigated by the dealer, or is there some sort of aftermarket gunk I can put in to plug an leaking holes? The car has 81K miles on it and I'd like to keep it ticking for a lot more. Thanks in advance!!
