98 S70 T5 auto shifter knob sticking S70 1998

The switch on my auto shifter sticks. It wont fully release and is annoying because when it sticks the key wont release (assume its tied into neutral safety switch).

The face of the knob around the switch has a hairline crack which is either a symptom or cause of the problem.

So, what is involved in changing this out and where can/should I get a replacement. Or should I let the dealer....deal with this.
