Looking at '99 XC V70-XC70 1999

Hello all-


I have come across a pristine '99 Cross Country at a local Volvo dealer not too far from my house. I say it's pristine because it's a one-owner car and only has 40k original miles on it (it was traded for a new XC). The asking price is $14,700.

Now I'm not too familiar with Cross Country models of that vintage- what are the good points and bad points of the car?
