I now need a good manual - is there a Bentley for these?

I will be trying to get past service history ...

Being a 240 owner I have done 240 timing belts, tune ups, brakes, dropped the auto tranny, tranny flush etc....

How much is doable on the S60 (stock 2.4 NON turbo)?

For Brake fluid flush, I have a power bleeder that I made to work on my old 86 Mazda B2000. With ABS is there anything that would prevent my using it on the S60? I'd like to flush all fluids and start from a baseline mileage for future PM.
