On-line service info / service bulletins / wiring diagrams

The publisher EBSCO offers an online reference database called the Auto Repair Reference Center (ARRC). This is a subscription service which is quite expensive ($1K or more per year) and isn't sold to individuals, but I found that my local library has a subscription, and makes it available free to users who have a library card.

Like other commonly available Volvo reference sources, it covers only 1998 and earlier models. It is based on Chilton manuals but seems to cover additional details, and also reprints the various technical service bulletins (TSBs) that have been issued and some wiring diagrams.

Many EBSCO reference and data base products are available through libraries, universities, etc., so if you have this kind of access it might be worth a look.
