850T Blowing white smoke 850

I have a 95 turbo that all of a sudden is blowing white smoke sometimes. Seems only to happen when I let off the gas..other then that runs clean..just passed e check here in cleveland..any ideas.. I am sure its oil that is getting burned just not sure from where..someone told me turbo seal but not sure..
