Replacing dash lights 850

I'm working on replacing some burned out cluster lights on my ' 97 850. I pulled the instrument cluster, going by the instructions on Bay 13's website. That went fine, but now I need to replace a bulb behind the climate control panel. How do I get the panel out? The radio also has a burned out bulb that I would like to replace.
