1995 850 Replacement of arm rest light bulb and clock light bulb in dash 850

I have a 1995 Volvo 850. My lightbulb inside the armrest has burned out. How can I replace it? What is the part number and how many amps? My dash board light bulb where the LCD clock counter has also burned out. How do I get access to it and what amps/part number.
