IS what I am seeing bad?? 850

I am looking at a 850 turbo R. 96 model, 129K in excellant condition, but.... there are 2 things that caution me about the car. First is that it looks like oil has backed up the dip tube. There is a oil residue around the outside of the dipstick. The other issue is oil seepage from around one of the turbo tubes. Its coming from around the hose. Not sure what tube it is..if you look down right behind the throttle cable there is hose/tube that goes down toward the transmission. One other thing, the fan motor seems weak. I have had the 240 fan blues, is this fan replacement that hard?
