'94 volvo 850 turbo, flame trap? 850

There is much confusion about this. My volvo 1994 850 turbo has positive crankcase pressure building when I drive. I spit oil and blow out my dip stick after hard drives. Does my 1994 TURBO car have a flame trap that I could replace? Some people seem to think that the turbo volvos have no flame trap.... and my dealership says I do have one.
