talk about a poor design. i pulled the steering wheel to find the problem with my horn sticking. found bits of plastic from contact holder. took rivets the same size as the hole for the contact a few nylon washers and reattached the wire to the bracket. works fine now. thanks to all for suggestions and help.
as far as the radio goes.. sprayed boards with lots of tuner cleaner but that did not help at all. it seems like either the buttons are not making contact or the board is so dirty I will have to remove and clean. anyone have a problem like this? if you never disconected the battery and could not select a preset station it would be the same as the problem I am having.
