Pressure guage for fuel rail

Can anyone help he with sourcing the correct guage to screw onto the schraeder valve on my fuel rail to check pressure?
I have this intermittent stalling problem,(common) and want to see if the problem is rooted in fuel delivery (bad fuel pump relay perhaps).
Any reason not to leave the guage on the valve while driving, so that I can
check pressure next time she stalls?
Anyone know the correct operating fuel pressure? kpa's or psi's
