Flame Arrestor PCV Valve Cleaning V70-XC70 1999

I would like some guidence on the location and cleaning process of the PCV system and flame arrestor My 99 has 178KM on it and no cleaning or maintence has been done.Now I have noticed a small oil leak around the main seal was wondering if the increase in pressure may have caused this.
