Just in case any volvo owners goes the route I took--thought Id pas this one. I had the ETM replaced at Pro Vo Vo in Freehold NJ--they recorded the codes present at time of the problem and gave me the form to send in. 4 weeks later(yesterday)--rcd a check for the whole job--tax included--857 dollars. I was thinking that because I didnt use a dealer--Im afriad to have them work on the car--that they would find a reason to not pay-but-they paid-hope this helps someone who is thinking of going this route.
