Exhaust gas in passenger department 850 1994

Hi there: I have an 94 850 Turbo and every time I open a window or the sunroof, I get exhaust gas being drawn into the passenger department. This started about a year ago but I can't relate it to anything that was done on the car at that time. The exhaust system is good and tight. Any ideas how to deal with this? It can't be healthy.
I note than another person used this forum and had the same problem - it turns out he replaced the turbo system which helped a little but did not totally cure the problem.
