How do I get to the horns on my '03 S60 2003

I want to remove the horns from my '03 S60, but can't see how to get at them. When I did it on my 850's, I opened the hood and the grille went with it. I want to replace they American sounding horns with euro sounding ones like on my '86 240.

Help!
