Trying to find water leak into interior from under dash. 850 1996

I appear to have a leak under the dash that is getting my passenger side floor pans wet. Its definitely water, not coolant. I'd like to know if there are commonly known entry points for outside water (windshield wiper seals, fresh air intake etc.). To debug this myself, it appears that I'd have to remove an awful lot of the dash underside and probably the console.

Water entry into the car is visible to the passenger, to the left of their leg. It comes down from behind the plastic that terminates on the center tunnel, just in front of the console. If the car is parked in heavy rain for some time, the water pours out in a visible stream for about a half of a minute. If I drive in heavy rain, It comes in more slowly at a constant rate. There is no apparent issue, driving or parked, if the rain is light. If anyone has any experience that may be helpful, I'd sure appreciate it.
