vibration in the steering wheel when driving over 65mph..... 850

I should preface this with saying that the 850 is running Bilsteins(all the way around)/TME lowering springs/Voxx 17" wheels/Micheln 215/45/17s/IPD strut brace/Volvo camber kit.

My father is feeling a light vibration in the steering wheel when he is traveling over 65mph on asphalt, while driving on concrete the vibration is more pronounced. After assuring me that he didn't think the vibration was coming from the stiffened springs/bigger wheels/less tire rubber(as compared to the stock tire) absorbing energy, I went to work(with my mechanic) trying to ascertain what the issue could be. Both end links were replaced, the shock/strut mounts were checked, the tie rod ends are less than 2 years old, the wheel bearings are good, and everything in the suspension seems nice and tight.

The car was in for an alignment less then 1k ago, and at the time had all the wheels balanced. When I was washing the car a few days back I noticed that the weights had come off the front passenger wheel, so back I went to Big O', and ten minutes later the wheel was balanced(w/ new weights). Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!
