Startup Valve Noise - Fram Oil Filter 850

There have been a number of posts here regarding startup valve noise. If you have this problem check out "minimopar.knizefamily.net/oilfilterstudy.html". Lots of good comparable info regarding oil filters. Seems the Fram filter does not have a good backflow prevention valve. If you have this problem try a better quality filter.
