blower motor not coming on V70-XC70 1998

Hello, I have a 98 v70 and the blower motor will not turn on. I had the same problem in a 95 850 and it was one of the 2 green relay's behind the dash. Does the v70 have the same set up and if so how do I check the relay. It also could be the blower motor. How do I check it.
