How much to pay for timing belt (105K mile) change at dealer (elsewhere)? V70-XC70 2001

I will need to replace the timing belt for my V70 T5 in near future.
The local dealer does this with a package price for oil change and a
few other odds and ends.

I'm not able to do this myself and so far local independants have been disappointing.

Questions:

1) What have others paid to have this done? (Dealer or Indy?)
2) What is a fair (or tolerable) price to pay and/or a
reasonable price?

Need to know how much to shop around for this as have some time
to do so.
