a/c clutch shim procedure 850 1996

Ok, my a/c compressor clutch gap is 0.35". This explains the cutout on hot days. I cannot see how one can possibly get the thing off. There is no clearance, visable screws, etc.

I know this has been discussed before, but any guidance on getting the clutch off and the shims stacked correctly would be greatly appreciated.

A pictorial guide would be fantanstic!
