Windshield Washer Sprayers 850

Everything seems to be clear but no water is coming out of the sprayers. I found a small sprayer valve that splits the incoming water supply to the two sprayers on the hood. Water seems to be coming out at this valve.
Is this causing the problem, is there a way to backwash/clean this sprayer valve or does it just need to be replaced. Is this a common problem?
