2003 V70XC Bleeding ABS brakes - Is it like bleeding a NON-ABS system? V70-XC70 2003

Hello,
If i bleed the ABS system, do I need a scan tool to cycle the modulator valves in the hydraulic control unit? Or do i just bleed the unit at the wheels?

PS What size is the allen wrench for removing the calipers? 7 mm?
