Part number for rear seat belt stop 850 1996

I have a 1996 855T wagon and I need the part number for one of the rear seat belt stop/buttons. On the seatbelt there are two stops, one large and one small. They look like buttons on the web part of the seat belt. The smaller one is about 1/2 the diameter of the larger one slides through the seatbelt tang and also keeps the seat belt from retracting too far and getting stuck.

The only part number my local Volvo dealer has for the seatbelt is called a "Plug Kit" p/n 8424389, but that's the larger button that won't slip thru the seat belt.

Would anyone know what the part number is for the smaller stop/plug?
