Intermittent Turn Signal S70 1998

Greetings Everyone,

My turn signal has stopped blinking properly. It will sometimes start blinking for a short period, 2-3 blinks, and then it just stops and stays lit. This occurs for both left and right turns. The fuse looks good and I can't see any related relays to check. Can anyone provide any suggestions?
